I ordered a braised beef gnocchi WITH EXTRA BEEF and there is the tinest piece of beef. I would have been upset with the amount of beef with i didn't order extra beef. The fact i order extra beef and got a 1 inch piece of beef is a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are a rip off. I want my money back!!

Competent friendly service, the meals are decent I have had Bolognaise and before that egg pasta. I feel like the place has good appetizers and a lot more time is spent on that than the mains, we had decent cheese.Wine is also good.

During Covid we had the pleasure of awesome takeout dining. Staff were cleanly, respectful and prompt. Highly recommend anything off the unique menu.

We stopped here during the lockdown to pick up a steak dinner for my sister's birthday. The steaks were perfectly cooked, the vegetables were excellent and the service was prompt and positive. Everything was good in here. We will return. I highly recommended this place.

Woah! Ordered from these guys tonight. The brie burger brie'd my mouth away! My wife had the salmon and she is on couched passed out now from the goodness of it. I highly recommend.

First time there...fabulous meal

Had a very nice dinner with some girlfriends. Service was a bit slow, but may have been because the server didn't want to interrupt our socializing. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, and the atmosphere was lovely! Only complaint was some of our group of 6 were quite cold. That's hard to control though with the weather, and the door frequently opening and closing.

My family won a dinner from Rustico and it was our first time eating there. The pizza was really good.... my kids called it "real" pizza. Everything tasted very good, we will definitely go back. And recommend it to family and friends.

Loved dinner tonight! Had the Rustico lasagna and Scallops. Started with the Baked Ravioli which was amazing. All in all a great tasty dinner.

We ordered for takeout from Rustico and the food was delicious!Our Uber Eats driver took the wrong order, however Rustico was right on top of it and corrected everything immediately. We haven't had the chance to since in the restaurant yet, but certainly will when we are able to.

We had a fantastic first visit (take-out of course) and we highly recommend. My wife had the Prosciutto & Brie Burger and I had the Portobello Carbonarra and both were very tasty. They threw in a little sample of Spinach and Goat Cheese Dip as an extra to help celebrate our anniversary (#29). One of very few places open on Monday.

I usually order take-out from here and ABSOLUTELY love the food. I just wanted to commend you yet again for my most recent experience. I was ordering take-out on an evening you had a large party on your patio, meaning my food was to take longer than usual. You went above and beyond my expectations, in offering me a gift certificate for my next visit because of the wait which I well know is totally out of your control. AMAZING customer service, and the food was impeccable as always!! Thank you! I can't wait to return

we recently dropped in for dinner on a wednesday evening, discovering it was half price wine nite! woot woot! i had the gnoochi with braised beef and it was very good! my wife had the spag and meatballs and it was equally good. we also took out a hot italian pizza and i will say that it is among the best in town. the dough was very tasty with a great texture. i recommend all to check it out!

Disappointed ... after much anticipation and rave reviews from friends at Remax I was not the least bit impressed Had made New Years reservations but will be cancelling. Pizza was burnt at the bottom ... no thought in the vegan meal even after confirming this wouldn't be an issue and was more or less thrown together ... pasta dish was cold ... and spaghetti dishes were very basic with little flavour. The positive was the appetizers ... had the maple crusted brie which was a favorite along with the crispy ravioli.

Love the pizza at Rustico. Have been several times and have yet to be disappointed (except for when they ran out of crispy ravioli). Great staff and cozy atmosphere (although can be a little loud). Would definitely recommend.

Great food, good prices and reasonable service.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here tonight. We enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. The owner even offered us drinks on the house after we paid for our meal when he found out it was our anniversary. We weren’t rushed even though it was closing time. We will be back ....with friends 😊

This place is a best kept secret in Kitchener. It's a quaint place with a comfy atmosphere. Food is excellent as is the service. They have a lovely patio to enjoy and relax at. There's a special lunch menu too.

Just tried their food for the first time tonight and it was delicious. I will definately be back.

My one star is for the friendly service, however everything else about this place was terrible. The food took over an hour to arrive to our table, and it was not worth the wait. The pasta was nothing special at all, I could’ve made better at home. It was missing any flavour to it like they completely forgot to add salt. The pizza was the worst I’ve had! When I picked it up, all the cheese and toppings would fall off from it, giving me a cardboard crust left to eat. It was not put together well, barely any toppings on it too. Extremely disappointed after reading the food reviews for this place. Very overpriced food for the type of food you get, not high quality at all. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Great place for Date Night, nicely decorated and very warm and inviting. This is a place you take your time and enjoy the experience and your company. The food from what I could tell was all fresh and made on site, you can literally taste the freshness in each bite. The staff were attentive and helpful with any questions we had. This was a great dinning experience, will be going back again.

First time here and it was really nice. The patio is absolutely adorable. I ordered the bolognese and had a small caesar salad. Salad was good, not enough cheese though and the pasta was really good too although on the saltier side. Amount of food is decent also. I definitely recommend spending a nice evening here with friends or for a date night. I will be back soon!

Honestly the food is good, I've been before and loved it..... But I ordered for take out and asked specifically for extra tartar sauce and they forgot all of it..... And we waited 30 minutes longer than they said.... Terrible experience, very unfortunate.

Took my husband for Fathers day dinner and Our daughter and partner for our first patio visit. Rustico staff were very clear on all the rules that had to be followed. It made our dinner very comfortable and we can not say enough of the service and the food was amazing. Thank you🤗

Honestly I wanted to love it but the service received today was not the greatest. No one came to check on us for about half an hr while we waited for the starter and entree. I also watched as the food sat on the counter for about 10 minutes before someone went to check on it and by then both starter and entree were done. After that I watched the cooks and waitress discuss what to do for serving for 5 minutes before the starter was brought over. Fortunately that was delicious. The entree was a brought over shortly after finishing the starter but was a bit cold. After we asked for the bill it took over 15 minutes for someone to come back to check on us. In summary, food was great but wish the service was better.

Delightful date night spot with gluten free options and delicious Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was very cozy and has some amazing live music that we enjoyed. Will be coming again!

What a gem, I can't believe I've never been!! What pushed me to 5 stars was the warmth, the hospitality and of course the food. Heather served our party she was so professional, yet warm at the same time. How she remembered everything and executed it all is beyond my understanding. She's an asset. We had so many dishes I won't go into detail about all, just go try them. Everything was really good. The chef's chefing right there in eyesight was pleasant I loved it. Thank you can't wait to come back for date for date night

Have been several times for lunch and supper. We have had most appetizers , pizza and pastas and all have been great. Service can be a bit slow depending how busy they are, but all staff are very welcoming.
